Does anyone know what items come in the essential and deluxe kits? I want to get one so I'll have what I need to do this program since I can't afford to officially join. I was also wondering if I would be able to go in and buy it or do I have to have someone who's a member do it for me?

    I know I can buy them on ebay but they are cheaper at WW. I also don't know what items come in them which is mainly what I am trying to find out
