Today's challenge:
Be efficient today; don't waste time! Used to watching an hour long show on TV? Watching online saves you 20 minutes of commercials. Spend 30 minutes deciding what to wear? Grab something and make it work! Being quick and decisive saves you massive amounts of time. Presented with a task? Do it NOW. Putting it off is a waste of time; why do something tomorrow that you could do right now? By being efficient, you will end up with more time during your day to do the things you actually want to do!

Great advice! I will incorporate this into my day. So off the bed, put the iPad away, get dressed and do something that's been waiting for my attention.
