my day 14

so two weeks in and on level 3, will do level 2 last.

Today was another sweaty one, i hate anything plank related :-( level 3 is a tough one to enjoy i think, however there are some bits in it that i just find so simple in comparison to others which make me want to collapse in a heap.

Didnt do it until late afternoon today after last week of getting it before 9am i was a worried i wouldnt do it, been doing all the housework and chores which feels like a work out in itself, but i am very conscious about the lovely meal my mum is cooking tonight for my birthday and i finally got out of my pjs and into my shred gear and did it.

so now i can be a bit happier that i might stay under my cals today.

have a happy weekend everyone

Good afternoon... down another 0.2lbs today. I haven't done the Shred yet, too sleepy. I may take a nap and then do it later this afternoon.

I'm loving the way The Shred is really toning up my arms. That's where I am noticing it the most.

We have a carnival to go to at my kids' school tonight... hot dogs, nachos, soda etc. All that yummy yet terrible stuff! I'm going to try to be fairly good lol I still haven't had any coffee or soda in about 10 days. I miss it, but not that much really.

Have fun at the fair tonight!!

I also didn't do mine til 5:30 pm today. Just stayed in bed most of the day and rested up. Suppose to go out tonight. My buddy is Djing a new club in town tonight and I'm suppose to go. Just don't feel like it though. We'll see......

Oh I did level 2 and hated it. I couldn't do like 2/3 of the workouts. I tried but couldn't physically. :( Not in good enough shape to continue it. Gonna try Level 3 tomorrow and see if that is any better. If not I'm alright with doing level one til I lose more weight. Level two is just to hard on my knees, ankles, and wrists. :( Level one I can do everything except the jumping jacks, jump rope, and push ups. But I do other things to stay moving. :)

    Everyone have a great night.

Im not sure if level3 will be much better for you to be honest, there is a lot of ankle stuff and the plank, see how you get on, otherwise sticking with 1 wont do any harm, its good that you have found a routine that suits you and you have seen an improvement in :-)
