Is anyone recovering from or struggling with an eating disorder?

Do you find that tracking food and fitness helps or hurts?

I think this is helping me because I'm more focused on maintaing a good nutritional balance and exercising, not super restricting like before. But I'm worried that I'll get too obsessed with weight again.
