Today's challenge:
Cut one refined sugar from your diet today. Whether it's in your morning coffee, a muffin, pre-packaged snacks or sweet cereal, replace it with a more wholesome option. Spikes in your blood sugar mess with your body and leave you hungry soon after. Make a healthy swap today and feel more satisfied!

    I forogt to take my muffin out of the freezer this morning, so can't eat it :(
