So did my squats yesterday plus a ton of activity and I can really feel it on my legs today how is everyone else doing with the challenge??? have you done 100 squats each day?? are your legs sore?

No I can't quite get the 100 hundred, I can barely do 10 but I will get there. Plus my legs are so sore from starting the gym 2 days ago, I pushed myself yesterday by doing 60 mins on the treadmill.0

well you are making the effort which is great keep doing as many as you can and by day 100 im sure you will be able to do all 100. I do mine in sets of 10 throughout the day0
