Made this today Delicious !! SERVES 2 445 cals. per serving
200g bag baby spinach
2x skinless smoked haddock
100ml half-fat creme fraiche
1 tsp Dijonaise mustard
75g Gruyere cheese
3tbs breadcrumbs
cook spinach in a little water until wilted drain squeeze all the water out with a saucer
place in gratin dish
place fish on top
mix creme fraiche ,mustard,and cheese together. season.
spread over the fish.make sure all the fish is covered
top with bread crumbs
cook gas mark7 for 15-20 mins in a pre-heated oven until golden bubbling and the fish is cooked.
