Hello Mommas!!

Thanks for reading my little "hello note"! I am a busy working mom/wife and have YET to shed the weight from my pregnancy. I weighed 150 pre baby and after delivery I was at a whopping 190! During the pregnancy, I did everything right, ate right, exercised, etc...and still gained the weight........notorious in my family.....I am currently down to 169, but want to AT LEAST get to 150 again, ultimate goal is 140. I love having people there encourage me and like wise....I look forward to interacting with others and hope to chat and learn about more of you soon!!! =)

    Welcome Country Mom =) MFP can definately help you achieve your goal. You've done fantastic so far, you should be quite proud of yourself. I'm trying to take off the "baby" weight myself. I almost can't type that without cringing.... my "baby" will be 14 in March. I gained 103lbs with my preganancy. Yes, I said 103... typical for my family too. Trying to loose the weight of one of the Oslen twins hasn't been easy. Finally got my tail in gear and made it about me after all these years. This is the 1st time in 14 years that I really know I'm going to reach my goal. So good luck to you CountyMom =).

    Thank you soooooo much! It's nice to interact with other moms, especially, becuase we know how busy it can get and how hard it can be to take time for ourselves!! =)
