PCOS and weight loss

Excellent article from WebMD which explains how PCOS affects weight gain, testosterone production, and even susceptibility to diabetes. We won't let PCOS be the excuse to remain overweight; on the contrary, having PCOS increases our urgency to lose and maintain a healthy weight. Note the article says that losing 10% of your weight can help your periods go back to normal AND alleviate some of the other unfortunate symptoms of PCOS.

    So very true, after dieting for 2 months I started getting my periods back in March of 2011. They have been stable since then, praise the Lord. In October I started exercising and have dropped more.
