100 squat challenge day 5

So how is everyone doing?? I just finished my 100 squats for today and man are my legs feeling it today! Hopefully that means they will be nice and toned for summer!!!

Dn't worry if you can't do 100 squats each day just do as many as you can each day and wok your way up. Also try doing them in small set throughout the day.
