IT'S MONDAY!!! (week 9)

Hey ladies!
How are we doing this week? Tell us what you do for your workouts and how to curb that sweet tooth!


I have come to a plateau once again! It seems like I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks. I have lost another half inch in my waist but that scale won't budge! I'm keeping my water intake up and keeping my food in check so I'm bound to lose something soon. I'm still working out HARD! Supreme 90 is really kicking my butt! I need some advise on curbing my sweet tooth because I feel like I need something sweet but I never give into my cravings because I don't want to put something sugary in my mouth and sabotage myself. I think I may make a batch of No Pudgey Fudgey! that seemed to help a bit.

    I've lost 3.1lbs since last week. I'm very proid of myself cause I finally got over my plateau! Hoping it keeps going this good. Exercising everyday and drinking Shakeology really is helping a lot! Plus water water water. Hope everyone has a good week! Sorry for being late. :o(

    Hello I have hit a major plateau have not lost inches or weight, but haven't gained so won't get discouraged, think maybe will up cardio if time allows in a day!!! I have been keeping my goal of doing 100 crucnches everyday, plus I do bicycle cruches and inner thigh exercises. Bought a thigh toner yesterday, didn't think they made them anymore did 50 so far today hope to do more tonight. So hope to break through this plateau so want to hit the thirty five mark soon!!!

    Hello I havent weighed in since like the last thursday in December and then I weighted 190. I am in a no scale challenge till valentines day and i hope to at least lose 5- 10 pounds. I seem to lose weight slow but that is fine not trying to rush it. My goat is to work on my inner and outer thighs and do crunches . I am finishing Extreme shed and shred and starting on Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels. So I hope to see some results in inches :)
  • I know I am little late, but I do HIIT classes 3-5 days a week. The class is around 45 minutes. On the day where there isn't a class, I use the weight machines for a 45 minute circuit. I have at least 1 protein shake a day. I cup of fat free milk, 1 scoop and then 1 T of whatever flavor of sugar free fat free pudding mix. To shake it up, you can add fresh fruits or vegetables.
