Why just 3 - 5 times a week?

Yes I know you are supposed to to this every day for 6 weeks..
BUT, we all have a job, need some sleep and some of us have other obligation to work out too (like kickboxing classes or gym - which I will do kickboxing 2x a week).
I did yesterday my first time the video and it is hard, I was not able to work out today beside 20 minutes walking and 20 minutes yoga. We need to give our body's some time to rest and heal ;).
