What are YOUR lip smacking cravings and how to you go about

Hello everyone!

It's the second week into the challenge, and I wanted to know how you lovely ladies go about your super cravings...

What are they? And what is your next move?? You know me I'm nosy... But I'll share:

I LOVE ice cream. Love it to bits oh I love it so. When faced with a craving, I do one of two things;
1. Buy sweetened sugar free gum (usually calms the storm)
2. Attack little children eating ice cream cones... (JK). Gum works just fine

  • Hi there, I seldom crave one thing in particular. It's usually salt or sugar and what I do is find something healthy that will satisfy that craving or at times I give in but in small portions. Oh, though right now I have a vegetarian plan where I'm slowly cutting out the meat. This month I have meat every 4th day and at times I just want some. Most of the time I walk away and remind myself how good it will feel to wait till the 4th day. And at times I give in with one bite. Right after giving my meat-eating fam a heavy dose of the evil eye :-P.
