I might be interested in that although not for a few weeks as schedule is a bit hetic.
I'm based in grove park.
I do take part in parkrun at avery hill park on saturday mornings - I power walk it so if anyone would like to join me on one of those
everyone is really welcoming.
[its a timed 5k distance - no cost, they ask you to vounteer 3 times a year. my pb is 41:25)0 -
