Realisation.....Sorry Guys

Hi everyone

I took 2 days off, Sunday and Monday and was honestly looking forward to getting back on to it tonight, when i realised that i have my singing lesson straight from work and then my old work friend straight over for dinner who will leave late. I was wondering when i would fit shred in. This made me think about the rest of the week and there is a little something i have over looked.....

My mum is getting married on Saturday!! I am so amazingly excited it is unreal.

Then it all fell in to place, i have so much on this week you wouldnt believe, picking flowers, collecting clothes, dressing the hall so and so on.

I do not want to stress about where to fit in the shred so i have decided that i will intentionally stop and resume next monday. I am not about to start making excuses about i cannot do it in the morning before because of this or that as i do feel i need to. I understand how i work and if make a decision to not do the shred i will not stress or feel guilty. If i try and fit it in and do not do it i will stress and be upset with myself.

So there we have it...no more shred until Monday for me, however in the mean time im going to be a bridesmaid for my mum on Saturday and i cannot wait to share with you all a photo as its all medieval themed and my dress is so beautiful you can only imagine how beautiful my mums dress is!!!

I hope you all understand and are not disappointed with my decision, please do not try and tell me i will fit it in somewhere, its taken me 3 months to even start exercising so i want to make this decision positive. I might well try and fit in the exercise bike as and when i can as i have no issue doing that in front of my bf where as the shred i hate and dread doing if he is in the room!!

Keep up the good work and just think, by the time i start again you guys will be on day 22! how amazing

    I completely understand! Stress adds on pounds anyway, missing a few days of the shred will not harm your health in anyway and when you get back on it you'll pick up where you left off. Muscle and endurance doesn't just fade away over a week. You'll be closer to me since I'm only on day 14 today, so we can keep up with each other when you get back on Monday! I know the group on here will cheer you on no matter what day or level you are on!!! =)

    Of coarse Its fine!!! You do what works for you. I'm proud that you have made it this far!! A little break is ok!!! :) And if you don't start again that's fine too!! Were here to motivate not be disappointed if we take a break or stop. Have a Wonderful time!!! :drinker:
