Well its been almost a week and my legs are def feeling the burn......going to have to do all my squats later tnight because I will be running around all day.....pob nt the best idea though since I had to do most of mine all at one time yesterday and it was killer

I got my 100 in today! I do The Biggest Loser Calorie Knockout DVD if you do circuit 3 you get all you squats in.0

I have not been able to do these squats. My legs are still too weak but I am strengthening them everyday by doing my workouts and walking as much as I can. I will keep trying to do these though0
