Zumbatomic [Zumba for Kids]

Hi Zumba friends!
My YMCA is starting Zumba for Kids tonight and I am wondering a few things:
1. Do I just sit and watch, or is it parent-interactive?
2. What kind of workout will it be for my kid, and for me?
Just trying to figure out what to dress her in, as well as myself. Don't want to be the mom in my workout clothes if I'm not supposed to get involved. LOL.
