I don't know about anyone else but this has been the longest DVD ever for me...I cant say I loved it or just hated it...but I definitely didn't get along with this DVD...Maybe one day I will try it again cause i feel like i could have done better....Anyway..I am super proud of everyone that still toughed it out and stayed focus on the completing this one...I will for a fact do 4 days to go out with a bang this week...giving one day to Both Levels.. Thanks again for doing this...Feel free to share side/by sides and inches changed...and THOSE that are NOT on a NO scale challenge...Share your weight loss...CONGRATS for making it this far...Adore all Yall!

    Yes mam this one was a challenge, but I finished..yayyy. Just started Ripped in 30 yesterday and after that I have her Shred-It with weights which has Levels 1 & 2 and by looking at it it looks very intense. I think I have lost my mind, but my husband got it for me along with the kettle bells set as a Christmas gift and I am ready to try it out :) Hopefully sometime this week I can get my measurements in and see how I did.     I completed Day 1 of Week 6 today! I am also going to try to get in four days, just to finish off strong. I certainly do not like this workout and hopefully can one day do it again with a better attitude, maybe!

    @ Lovingcruz: I really like Shred it with Weights. Although I dont have kettle bells and just do it with hand weights.

    Well I lost interest in this DVD last week! It is long! But it was a fun Workout in the beginning! Very difference from any workout I have done! Did it only once this week. I may pull it out and do it once in a while just for a change up. ICan't see doing this workout everyday.

    Just completed Day 3! I was going for 4 days this week, however I am not for sure if I will get a chance to get to it in this weekend. Kids are coming home and bringing the babies! I found that I really enjoyed Level 1 just not Level 2. I also will probably do this workout every so often, just not everyday. I didnt get around to taking my measurements, but I did have to take in my chest strap, twice, so I know I lost inches!:smile: Congrats to everyone that stuck with this crazy workout! Thanks Stephanie for getting us together again!

    I did two days this week, if I can I will do one on Sunday, and that will be my last day.
