Day 18 1/24/12

I almost forgot to post today!! Someone has always posted If I don't get to in the morning. I did mine in the morning as usual. :) I find its a great way for me to start off the day!! Hope everyone is having a great day.

    It's 845pm and I just did mine. I was determined to get mine done today, even if I didn't want to! LOL I skipped it yesterday, but felt so guilty that at 1030pm, I did some Pilates and ab workouts in my bedroom on the floor. LOL! 20 minutes worth. Not as good as the Shred, but better than nothing! LOL

    I can't believe tomorrow is Day 19 already! WOW! :)

    Great job!! Any workout is still good!! :) I know Its flying by. Almost done, even though I'm going to keep doing it. :) Great toning workout.

    I probably won't be doing it 5-6 days a week, but still do it at least once a week or so. I am starting training next month for my first half-marathon in April, so I will mostly be running 3-4 days per week. I'm going to finish up these 30 days strong though!
