Just want everyone to know that I'm back from my extended personal hiatus. Adjusting to a split family has not been easy and it has taken some time for me to get my bearings. However, classes started yesterday and I'm back in action. For those interested in learning some cell biology in the context of health and fitness, I'll be starting some threads next week. Keep your eyes open, ask and answer questions, and we'll have some fun (I hope!).
