Sick?

So I woke up yesterday feeling a bit congested. Today woke up feeling like Im embarking on a full bown cold. Im in week 4 of Jamie Easons 12 week trainer, I have 2 rest days this week and planned one last Sunday so I have one left. Would you take the rest day and hope it gets better or save the rest day in case you REALLY need it (after all it is only Wednesday)?? Probably a stupid question but Im curious what you all would do.

I think if it is the start of the cold... I would do each day as I can. I would therefore "save" the rest day until I really, really needed it. Also depending on which day you are on maybe you could "double up" like do legs day and another arm day so that you have three rest days.0
