Just did some Core last night! Was sore all night but damn does it feel good!

    Just started the program last night. Love it already. Sore today and it feels fantastic, I can't wait for more tonight! Any advice?

    I AM ON DAY 5 AND STILL SORE...I JUST KEEP TELLING MYSELF 85 MORE DAYS AND IT WILL BE ALL WORTH IT :happy:
