Let me start by CONGRATULATING everyone for making this committment to change your lives!!!!!!!!!! We have concluded WEEK 3 and we are still going strong!!!!!!!!!!! We currently have 79 participants in the BL 12 week challenge!!! We have lost 10 participants this week. I hope to not lose anymore along the way! We NEED each other to succeed!!!

We lost a total of 130.3 lbs in WEEK 3!!!!
