Hello everyone my name is Kimistry I started my journey Jan 3 of this year weighing 259.9lbs and I have lost 19.3lbs with 109lbs to go. I'm a mom of four my oldest daughter is 21 my twins are 18 which is a boy and girl and my youngest son is 16. I'm RN and work at one of the largest heart hospital in the state of Indiana. And in this group I hope that we can offer each other ENCOURAGMENT,MOTIVATIONAL &INSPIRATIONAL SUPPORT.

    Hello Kemistry. Wow, 19 pounds in three weeks. That's great. How did you do it? Congrats. So, why is the PE in people in caps? Just wondering. I hope I don't seem ignorant for asking. :huh:
