Does anyone else take Water Aerobics classes? This is my second week. Last week was my first week. I didn't know how I should feel afterwards, but was concerned because I didn't feel like I had worked out. Yesterday however, there was a different instructor and she was awesome. When I got out of that water, I felt like I had done the P90X. Very low impact. I love it. I just need to change the time that I go, I need an instructor that's going to push me.

I dont go, but my mom takes a class like this. Hers is actually designed for seniors or people dealing with severe arthritis, to help keep them limber without becoming too much of a strain on their joints.

This is GREAT for toning. When my mom goes regularly, she has commented that she sees a significant reduction in the "jigglies" flab under the arms and such

It sounds like you really got a workout, thats awesome! We dont have anything out here by me like that. I'm out in the boonies, but you cant knock the country life!
