okay I just have a few numbers, because I'm starting fresh -
Starting Weight - 213.4
Current - 213.4 (will weigh in 1/28/2012, hopefully down a few pounds)
Goal Weight - 135 (way ambitious!) no date yet, that number is too far away
Interim Goal - 180 by 5/28/2012
Trying to lose the 30+ change before swimming pool season here in Chicago
I'm asking my sister to help me with a before pic to track my progress.
Started journaling to deal with emotional triggers for overeating.0 -

cabannie i think that's a good idea to put up before pix maybe we should do that on monday as the starting date and then post a once a month pic to show our progress if everyone is ok with that, i will open up a photobucket account that only the members in our group will have access to which will be the username & password to upload their photos.0
