Mission Possible Week 2 Challenge

This is a challenge I have going in my group and thought I'd post it here if any of you would like to participate.
Week 2 challenge starts Friday, Jan 27th and ends Thursday Feb 2nd.
During this week you will need to complete the following:
- Burn at least 3500 calories - that is the equivalent of 1 pound of fat
- 100 Squats of any kind
- Eat at least 3 servings of vegetables every day
- Pick your all time favorite fatty food and figure out a way to make it healthier/lower in calories
- Clean out your pantry (if you havent already) and remove at least 3 unhealthy choices/temptations, donate to a food pantry/throw out.
- Figure out the average amount of water you drank over the last week, even if you did not meet the 64oz challenge last week. Increase that amount by at least 16oz this week.
