So, any Sims 3 fans out there?

I would like to know what you think of the newer expansions, especially Generations.

I've dabbled in them, but then again I spend majority of my time destroying their lives? Haha. I mostly like building houses :3 Here is one of my babies before my computer became a dinosaur and couldn't run anything after Generations

I tried it out for a while on a friend's computer and would love to get it. Any idea if the XBox version is any good? I'm not much of a PC gamer

I have the sims 3 for xbox & like the fact in order to get achievements you can't put in cheat codes (guilty of that)

I loved the first Sims but haven't played any of the other ones since. Might have to give 3 a try on the new laptop.

I never got into sims, my wife used to play it. IDK just seems like a boring game but JMO

I love the Sims. Been playing it since the original. I have 3 and a couple of expansions, but I have to say the aging process kind of ruined it for me. I thought it would be awesome, but it kind of just added pressure to get things done in a certain amount of time, if that makes sense. I have The Sims: Medieval though, and it is AWESOME.

I actually think I might do a little Simming this evening. Thanks for starting this thread. :)

My girl plays it on my computer from time to time. I personally cannot do it, its to much monitoring, making sure they do bodily funstions, eat, etc. I normally just wanted to make them do weird stuff, like in Sims 2 I wanted to see if a gay couple was possible (it is), and see if I could make one player murder another

I love The Sims. I've played since the first one although I don't have many of the newer expansions for Sims 3.

I tend to play it in spurts when I'm bored with WoW.

Love Sims 3. I'll go on long spurts of playing for hours a day, then won't touch it for a couple months. It does get a bit monotonous, so that helps.
