Here are two simple "Do Eat" and "Don't Eat" lists to get you started. Then just wait to see all the favulous foods you can enjoy during pregnancy as you dig into the posts ahead.
THE "DO EAT" LIST:
* Whole Grains
* Fruits and Vegetables
* Low-fat protein sources
* Good fats (plant oils, fish)
THE "DON'T EAT" LIST:
* Trans fat or lots of saturated fat
* sweetened, caffeinated, or alcoholic beverages
* Candy and other sweets
* Improperly cooked or High-risk foods
