I find it easy to stay at my goal, 1280cal, I adjusted my macronutrients to 45%protein (should have 1-1.5 grams for every pd of ideal body weight Ie: my ideal weight would be 130 pds so i shoot for atleast 130 grams a day, then i split my carbs and fats more evenly I think my carbs are 30% and fat 25%.. The protein keeps you full during the day along with helping you to mantain healthy muscle mass. trying to stick to lower glycemic carbs keeps your insulin levels from rapidly spiking, which enevitably causes you to crave more carbs when you come down from the spike.0
