I WILL START 1ST
HELLO EVERYONE I'M KIMISTRY AND I STARTED MFP LAST YEAR AN LOST A FEW POUNDS AND THEN KINDA FELL OF TRACK. SO I'M BACK FOR THE LONG HAUL THIS TIME WITH NO QUITTING THIS TIME I'M IN IT TO WIN IT THIS TIME LADIES. I STARTED JAN. 3,2012 WITH A STARTING WEIGHT OF 259.9 AND MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 240.6 AND MY GOAL WEIGHT I'M SHOOTING FOR IS 150 AND WITH THE MOTIVATIONAL & INSPIRATIONAL SUPPORT OF MY NEW FOUND FRIENDS IN THE WOMEN EMPOWERING WOMEN GROUP I FEEL THAT I WILL MEET MY GOAL AND SO WILL EVERYONE ELSE IS THIS GROUP IF WE GIVE ONE ANOTHER THE ENCOURGEMENT,FRIENDSHIP,INNERSTRENGHT,INSPIRATION & MOST OF ALL MOTIVATION. SO LADIES LET'S DO THIS..............

I look forward to participating in this forum and making positive contributions About me -- I am a recently retired executive in the transportation industry in the NY/NJ Metro area; and had mentored a number of young employees new to the business; and helped my organization develop a mentoring/management development program. For those of you who need a sounding board on job and/or career related issues, in addition to weight reduction/management-healthful living, I'm here.
