Any tall ladies (or anyone else out there!) want to do a february challenge with me???!
Make your own goals, or join in with mine
my Feb. goals:
Go spinning or running 5 x per week
Log all my food for the day in the AM.
Finish 3 books not school related

Ok, I'm in, here r my goals for February:
Exercise at least 4 days a week, any more will be a bonus
Log in and log my food everyday
Stay on track and stay positive even when I don't get the results I'm expecting.0 -

Hmm. Well, my 2012 goal is to run 300 miles, so to keep me on track, I'll make my goal to run 25 miles in February.0

well this is a pretty cool scenario i got goin' on here, serendipity if you will:
i turn 33 on 2/21- around the new year i set a goal and wanted to have lost a total of 33 lbs, making me 221 lb by 2/21 (um, how cool is it that those numbers are lining up?)- well i think i may totally surpass that! b/c now i'm at 31.4 lb lost, weigh 223.2, and we ain't even outta Jan yet!! :smokin:
so... lemme adjust my goal here- 35 lbs lost by the end of Feb, making me finally in the 2-teens, making it 219 :glasses:0 -
I would like to be in onederland by the end of February. I also want to make it a goal to log food everyday. I will also exercise at least four times a week.0

Although I've gotten pretty good at consistently working out- I tend to do the same things. So- for February... I need to mix it up.
My goal is to make it into the gym at least 2x/week- and not go straight to the elliptical. I will also work out 3x/week at home... and throw something in other than Wii Zumba (although I am totally addicted and DO love it!) Hmmm... maybe I'll do 30DS in February. That sounds like a good goal!0 -
On Febuary 29th I would like to:
1,) Logged my food for every day in Febuary
2.) Stayed w/in my calorie goals 6/7 days of the week-yes, I'm giving myself 1 "cheat day" but I won't go crazy, thinking an extra 200cal
3.) Complete the 30DS
4. ) Weigh 190lbs or <

I could use a short term challenge!
My goals:
1) Run at least 15 miles a week
2) keep my carbs at or under goal
3) limit alcohol (once a week at most)
4) get down to 165 (fingers crossed!!!)0 -
Mine:
1) Break my weightloss plateau that I've been on for,... what... 3-4 months now?! lol
2) Run 13 k / 8 miles a week
3) Book a holiday!
4) Keep strength training at least 3x a week0 -
Mine are short and simple:
1) Run 100 miles for the month
2) Weigh 178 by the end of the month (-5 lbs)0
