I've never post in this group before, figured it's a good time.
Everyone I know is either married or in a serious relationship.
I'm finally at that point where I'm ready to move on, get out in the world & find someone.
I am only 19, but your first love can do a number on you.
I've lost only 20lbs since the start of my weight loss journey, 8 since I've joined this.
Something, during that time, went off in my mind.
No one will be like him, no amount of work will make him come back to you. He's your best friend, why ruin it.
I'm done trying to be his perfect girl(even if I never wanted to admit it, I always was in his eyes) I'm ready to be the best me I can be.
I'm done comparing every guy I meet to him, there's always someone better after all.
I am ready to admit it.
I'm single. I'm lonely. & I'M PROUD. (:

I know the feeling of having significant parts of your social circle married or in relationships when you are single. It makes you feel like a worthless piece of ****.

Look hot, and men will flock to you. Looks draw men in, but what keeps them is around is your personality, your disposition, the way you approach life. Be easy going, fun to be around, etc and it will all work out.

I know the feeling...it does get old. How do you go about meeting people? Maybe if you meet some other friends who are also single, you won't have to feel like the odd one out so much. I'm sure you're not the only one who is single :flowerforyou:

I really don't have a way to meet people.. I'm stuck with the people I know. I never even see them, ha.
I obviously don't care anymore.

totally relate to this, don't think im finally at that point yet. still do a lot of comparing to other guys but hopefully i'll get there soon too.
