My name is Eva and I am new to MFP, it's been about two weeks so I found this tool, and I really love it. I am pretty good about exercising, but I have been feeling less than motivated lately. I joined this group so that I would be accountable for not completely getting off track.
I will probably take one day off per week, as that is my habit, but maybe I'll just make the 7th day a light one instead. I like the idea of exercising every day for the whole month, so I'll give this a try.
I've lost three pounds so far, so I look forward to seeing where my weight is on February 29th.

I was going to take 1 day off a week too but now that I'm in a challenge it's game time! I love how easy this tool is to navigate and use. Makes my life a whole lot easier in this difficult journey. I can't wait to see eveyones progress!0

I like your attitude. I am definitely going to try to hit every day...it's not going to kill me to do that for a month. Even if one day is just walking, I'll squeeze something. It might be a good time for me to do a yoga workout that I have on DVD but have not touched...

Great ideas! Your DVD suggestion made me remember I want to check out the free on-demand excerise videos on my U-verse system!
