Just when i thought my thighs wouldn't take it anymore....I pressed play, Day 3 completed and my muscles actually feel better. How's everyone else doing?

    Great job! I've only done day 1 so far, will do day 2 after work!

    Fab Job! I couldnt do day 3 tonight but I will be doing it tomorrow without fail.

    Did day 3 today. I noticed my heart rate isn't as high indicating more efficiency, it also means that I'm not burning quite as many calories. My pecs still hurt from push ups. I can do more vigorous jumping jacks and jump rope each day. Those bicycle crunches kill my abs.

    I'm the same way! My main thing is that my right knee is killing me! I know I shouldn't but I'm just going to work out through the pain! I'm the kind of person that if I skip even one day, I will never do it again. It sucks but I am determined not to fail this time!

    I hear ya, My Right knee is also killing me! I had to stop a few times today (I only burned 205 calories) BUT I did it and I am glad that I did. Whats with the knee pain grrrrrr! I am only 30!!! LOL

    Keep going all DAY 3 DONE!
  • I just completed day 4. Yesterday was more difficult for me, today I feel like my endurance is picking up. My abs aren't really "feeling the burn" so I'm thinking I'll do a little additional ab work on my own. My calves, on the other hand, yeeouch! Very sore!

    I made it thru day 3!! My shoulders are quivering.....

    I'm proud that I made it thru another day!
