Don't be shy, it's designed to allow you to earn more calories.....that is why your calories may look look at the start of your day, the program encourages you to EARN MORE WITH EXERCISE!
Also you can find STRENGTH TRAINING under CARDIOVASCULAR when adding in your PT Training time just put in the duration and it will approximate calories earned.
