losing inches but not weight

I am haveing a hard time understanding why I am not loosing weight. I do 6 hours of exsersize a week 1200 cal is anyone haveing the same problem.

    A lot of time when you are exercising you will lose inches and gain muscle more than the weight. Don't worry I exercised yesterday and did my weight machines and the scale said l gained a 1lb this morning. Just keep at it and don't let the scale discourage you.
