So with the help of another post that i saw I have made a really tasty ice cream. 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt and 1 pak of 25 cal Swiss Miss Cocoa mix (this on its own is pretty amazing). I added 2 tbsp Raspberries and the froze for 1 hour. I only took a taste and it is pretty good. You can eat it at this point but i will eat it tomorrow which means that i will remove it from the freezer 5 min before eating so that it can thaw just a bit.
