Hello i never get feed back from any one .How did we do in jan ?I for one lost my 10 lbs because of this chanange .what about feb ?Just want to know :)

    Well kimistry35 LOOKS like we will KEEP going ok & hope that every one else comes back strong .
    Its a new month are we going to challenge for another 10lbs by march ? :):bigsmile:

    Hi I started 4th Jan and weight myself 4th Feb and have lost 12 pounds. Still a long way to go. Is there are March challenge?????
