Hi I downloaded this app on my smart phone ages ago but have only really started using it on my pc and finding it really helpful. Was wondering if anyone else locally was using it cos there seems to be mostly people from USA. Cant figure out how to use ticker things cos am a bit rubbish at copying pasting etc but have lost 5lbs so far.

    Hi ladies,

    I tend to use this mostly on my iphone so am not on the forums to often. I'm from Carrickfergus, anyone nearby? I'll add you both as friends if yous don't mind, then we can talk more about the yummy food we have here&beautiful weather lol
