Re-challenge for February.

My goal is to increase my planks to two sets of 1.5 minutes each. Sounds reachable.

Anyone else?

    Okay, I keep seeing plank everywhere, and the only plank I know of is that "fad" where those kids laid on things, lmao!

    What exactly is a plank in terms of exercising?
  • LOL! I was wondering if it was the "fad" thing or the "fitness" thing myself! And I was secretly thinking of all the different places I can plank this weekend to embarrass my teenage daughter!! Bad bluemoon, I know... ::sigh::

    LOL! I live in a rural, southern town so they don't do the planking here. However they do do some other stuff that makes me cringe!!!
