I burned 364 doing Circuit training (Jillian Michaels),
and 316 walking,
total burned today: 6800 -

Happy Heart Month!!
Since it is the month of the heart and love... I am going to be doing good for my heart and plan to try to meet the burn I had in January for February... since I missed days in January - I think it means that I need to try and stay more on track and get to the gym as much as possible to see if I can do it! In January - I made it over 2,500 minutes of exercise and burned over 25,000 calories! But Carla seems to have beat me by about 5,000 -- which is JUST the motivation I need to push myself harder!
