Groundhog Day!!! I'll watch that movie at least once tonight. I'm looking forward to spring. What's everyone up to today? Is your calorie consumption under control? What workout are you doing today?

I did day 3 of the TF Prep Schedule - 30 Tone. I'll be gone over the weekend so I want to get as many workouts as I can squeeze in this week.

    Hey guys!

    I completed Fire 55 EZ today and I think this was my best performance to date! I pushed myself really hard,still enjoyed it and burned the most calories I have ever done with this class!

    I'm coming to the end of the program (two 1/2 weeks left) and decided to mix things up a little, I've been throwing a few Insanity workouts in which I think has been good for me as its been keeping my body "guessing", I plan to do an Insanity workout tomorrow.

    You should be proud of yourself. Insanity workouts scare me. Good job on switching it up.
