Hey Organic humans,
I have something i would love to share with ya'll. I recently discovered an amazing elixer drink, commonly known as WATER KEFIR GRAINS. It is amazing. also known by many other names, such as Tibicos, or japanese water crystals. it is a cultured drink, that is naturally carbonated (for all those soda lovers) and packed with B vit. and probiotics, unlike yogurt and milk kefir it is Vegan. takes 2 days to brew at home at tastes good enough to share with whole family.(my 15 year old son and all his friends love it). I have stopped buying juice all together. I ordered the grains off the internet but there is a drink of shelves here on the west coast and maybe at any whole foods nation wide. It is so easy and fast. all it takes at home is Spring water, Organic lemons, organic sugar, and organic unsulfured Raisins. It is a symbiotic relationship between yeasts and bacteria, and they look like little crystals, they feed on the sugar and raisins, by the time u drink it most of the sugar is turned into probiotics and lactic acid. low in calories and soooooo good for you. It has curbed most all of my cravings fro sugar and salt. it has made my hair grow healthier and faster. my nails strong and cleared my 15yr olds terrible acne. it has helped my boyfriends stomach issues and chronic migraines (from his crappy diet)
it is really an amazing gift. for all u Organic healthy minded folks out there i highly recommend checkin it out, especially if you spend money on probiotics every month like i did (i spent almost as much on probiotics as a car payment). anyways i just wanted to share this great discovery because it had changed my life on a lot of levels and i thought there might be someone here that is interested thanks Love and light on your journey to health and well-being! bless
