Hi all ,
I have been on MFP for about a month now, although I have always been a very active person participating in many sports only recently have I cut out all the junk food and sugary drinks.
My question is, when I participate in these sports is it beneficial to wear double layers and a wooly hat etc to get sweating more. I have heard conflicting stories from people at the gym.
