Good Morning My Beautiful Fit Ladies!!!!!

I hope everyone is having a Wonderful Saturday so far. I am Loving today. Did my measurements, and lost inches. Also lost 2.6 lbs since yesterdays weight in. :) So proud of myself...... I'm sure you all are having the same results. I know Stefanie is!!!! :) One more day and then a few days of rest. MAYBE!!! :) I'm not sure if I should take it off or not.

Ladies what do you think???

Option 1 - Take next Mon -Fri. Off but going to start back at the gym after work. Will start the shred on Sat. for another 30 day cycle.

Option 2 - Just keep doing it every day and keep getting the wonderful results.

Side note. My right knee has been hurting a lot in the morning during my workouts the last couple of days and could probably use the few day rest. Not to sure I would start again with out this Great Support team!!! I might but not certain. I am lazy by nature (that's how I got fat in the first place). I do think I would but never know!! I am determined to lose the weight though.

I'm so unsure of what to do. Please let me know that you think. I value your opinions since we have done this wonderful thing together!!!!

Thank You For all your Amazing Support!! You all have a special place in my heart. :)

    Craig! Mr. Inspiration!!

You have been amazing and so supportive of this whole group and there are many days I was going to "skip-out" and came on here to log my foods and saw your morning message or encouragement and got off my but and got it done!

I'm thinking you should rest your knee, maybe meet yourself in the middle and take a 3 day hiatus to rest and recharge, you'll come back to the shred more energized and ready to go!! I found that the day I took off really made difference the other day, my body must have been needing a little recharge. If you take 3 days to recharge I think it would be something your body may need. Not many people work out every single day without a rest, most take a least 1 day a week to recharge and let the muscles heal and nourish themselves, you certainly dont want to burn out and you dont want to get "lazy" as you said and fall out of exercising.

I am planning on doing the shred again!!! If you want to keep this board going with me, I will be here everyday doing the shred over again. I plan on using heavier weights and jumping around from 1-3 mixing it up each day. The shred obviously gives tremendous results and I want to see even more!!! Imaging what 40, 50 or even 60 days on the shred would do for us!

I missed out on 11 days of ab work and that is also a reason to do the shred again, I seem to be able to do basic crunches and leg raises so I would love to see some ab results that I missed out on.

I think what we have been doing is working and we get results, why not stick with it!!

I'm on my day 23 today so I have 7 days remaining, then I will start it over after 1 day off... This next time around I will be taking 1 day off a week (probably a weekend day) just to keep myself from getting burnt out and exhausted =)

Let me know what you all are planning... This has been an amazing journey and I cant believe we have made it to the end!!! I'm so proud of everyone and myself for actually getting through it this time.. The first time I had no one to cheer me on and never saw results so I quit, now I have results and others in the same boat to cheer me on!! It's be WONDERFUL and I thank all of you so much for helping me acheive a healthy start to my new Stefanie :)

    WHOOO HOOOO!!!!

Craig you def need a rest! 3 days or 5 days you will benefit from either, will be interesting how you feel getting back into again and then maybe you will be convinced a rest day isnt such a bad thing!

I am still really disappointed that i did continue the Shred but what with Mums wedding i know it was the best thing to do to step back, then ive been ill. Ironically though i have lost more these past two weeks than in many recent weeks.

Losing weight is my motivation that helps me lose more weight, therefore at the moment i will not restart the shred as i want to keep the losses going for now, once i am more where i want to be i will def use shred to tone up. Ive been hovering around the sameish weight now for 2 years and i really want this year to be the year when the difference affects my clothes size, i seem to hav e a bracket of about 14lbs which doesnt affect my size and i really want to drop a size before summer, i reckon thats about another 7lb away, then who knows how much more weight will be the next size down.

Have a great weekend guys and well done
  • Thank you very much Stefanie and Rachel!! I will take some time off!!!

Stefanie just let me know when you are ready to start again, I think I'll wait til you restart and do it with you. I will do the same as you so we stay together. I agree with the taking a day off a week as not to get burnt out!! I was getting burnt out at the end here but knew I was almost done!!! The rest will recharge my batteries. :)

Rachel I'm so proud of all you've done. Don't worry about not restarting. As long as your losing weight is the main reason we were doing this. It looks like Stef and Me are going to keep this thread going so if you want to join in for a day or two of shredding just post. I also love that you still chat on here too!!

    Ladies have a great day!!!
Talk to you all later. :)

I will certainly let you know Craig!! Yeah, Rachel please check in often and if you decide to shred again let me know.

I may take a day of rest too, but just one day and we'll get back on it!!

I'll check in daily to see what everyone is up too.

Have a wonderful night everyone :)

Rachel... I'm glad your losing and as long as you are where you need to be in your health your on the right track :) Congrats to your continued losses, that's awesome.
