Phase 2 Cardio

Monday is the big day Phase 2. I'm excited and not at the same time.
It says to do medium cardio. What would you ladies say is medium??
When I was walking on treadmill I'd go only 3.5 but thats a almost fast walk
for my short legs. On the Arc Trainer I was go varying resistances and incline.

Edit: Should we be at a certain percentage of HR?

    I remember something that the medium intensity cardio is where you can talk to hold a conversation, but that you don't want to. I would think that between a 3.0 and 3.5 is medium on the treadmill. If the arc trainer has a heart monitor (like on the handles) check that often and keep it in a medium zone... I did the eliptical one day and kept my heart rate below 160.
