What's the best way to keep your fruit and veg nice and fresh so you don't have to shop every other day?

    I wish I knew an answer to this one, but this is what I have found out so far. I buy a 50lbs bag of carrots and just keep it in the corner. So far they seem to keep (I put carrots and broccoli in almost all my juice). I don't refrigerate my fruit anymore. What I do refrigerate is my leafy vegetables and berry's. With a little meal planning I run out of supplies every Saturday and make a weekly trip to the fresh market.
