Bnizzle’s OMG Choc/pb loaf Serves 6 166 cals 10P/22C/5F
You don't know how hard it was to not eat all the mixture before this started cooking!
2 egg whites
50g.complete ww pancake mix
30g.oats
50g.ww flour
enough water to make pancake like batter
5g baking powder
16g. PB&CO DCD
2 tspns splenda
5 sf reece’s mini cups
Bake @ 180 C for 20-25 mins allow to cool
topped w/ 30g casein chocolate, 100ml low fat yoghurt, 10g.sf/ff chocolate pudding mix, 16g PB&CO DCD (mixed with water and frozen as sludge)
