I think that this video is the best one I've ever done, and Chalean is right it make every other cardio easy. My favorite is the 60 min CD and the calories you burn is amazing!

Totally agree! I am in my 40's and have been working out since my teens off and on. This is the first workout that I actually get excited to do and smile during it even when I can't breath and am huffin & puffin0

I agree!! I have never looked forward to any other type of workouts like I do with Turbo Fire! I started running during my third month and was amazed at how far I could go compared to the times that I tried before I did TF. Everything else seems easier now .
My favorite DVD is the Fire 45. I love the beginning combo where you slap your knees!0 -
I agree with you guys. It is fun! My favorite is the 45 because the moves are so much fun and the songs fit so well.0

I have a question - I am having someone give me their Turbo Fire and I will not have the intro CD (I am assuming there is one, but she doesnt have it). Which one should I start with - and how long should I do that one CD before moving onto the next?
Is there an order I need to follow? How often do you normally do One CD?
- Thanks!

There really isn't an intro DVD, more of her sitting down and explaining how Turbo Fire works. You can google "TurboFire schedule" and there will be images of the program. They rotate over the 90 day period.0

If this is going to be your first time don't worry the turbo fire CD have a setting before you start that says first time to class or new to class where Chalean will show you the workout steps with you. I know that you will love this CD and the result too.0

Hi All
I started turbo fire about 2 weeks ago, and I really like it, its lots of fun.
I already do alot of running so this just adds to that. I do think that you need to keep up with it for a while before you get all the moves. and you don't need to "think" so much about how to do the moves, but can just DO IT.
Has anyone followed the diet plan that comes with the turbo fire?0
